type II)and the end of the conductor (a metallic stick) will come out of
the entrance(primary opening)of the anal fistul a when inserting a conductor
from the secondary opening, proving that it is one fistula. |

Cut open the ceiling part
of the anal fistula with an electronic knife. |

Cut off the outer skin
of the anal fistula already cut opened and released, and form a drainage
wound. The healing of this wound will proceed smoothly by making the width
of the cut wider at the outer part than the inner part.

of the cut inside the anus to the bottom of the wound and end the surgery. |
